Born in Wisconsin, Peter first moved to Tucson to attend the University of Arizona, graduating in 1963. After a few years away, his love of Southern Arizona drew him back to Tucson. He founded his own real estate development company, PB Trading Company, Inc., and launched his dream of developing communities close to the land and dear to his heart. Antler Crest Estates was developed in 1995, followed by Rincon Trails in 2000.
Peter’s biggest dream is Coyote Creek, a beautifully designed, 1000-acre master-planned community in the Rincon Mountains foothills. Peter spent over 2 ½ years creating this community, working with engineers to ensure the integrity of each home site and its protected views. Peter and his wife, Debbie, now make their home in this community. Besides horseback riding on the many Coyote Creek and connecting park trails, Peter enjoys hunting and is an avid fisherman.
Peter’s love of the Southern Arizona area has led to a long career of community service, which has included membership on the Nature Conservancy of Arizona Board of Trustees, the Rincon Institute Board of Directors, and the University of Arizona Biosphere 2 Research Board of Advisors. He chairs the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tucson Advisory Board and has dedicated the annual Coyote Creek Fiesta to supporting the organization.
